In Manual Mode, you set usage days per product. A 30ml serum used morning and night typically lasts 30–45 days — enter whichever figure matches your customers' typical usage. A 50ml moisturiser used twice daily might last 60 days. Each product has its own reminder cadence, and every customer gets their reminder calculated from their individual purchase date.

Can I send reminders for SPF and seasonal skincare products?

Yes. SPF products are high-volume replenishables — customers go through them quickly in summer. Configure a shorter usage period (14–21 days for daily SPF users) and reminders will fire accordingly. For seasonal products, you can configure usage days to match the typical season length.

What about customers who are trying a product for the first time?

The reminder arrives at the point when a first-time buyer is most likely to have formed a habit and run low. This is actually the highest-converting moment — they have had a positive experience, they are running low, and your email arrives precisely when they would otherwise start looking for alternatives.

Does it work if I sell both skincare and other product categories?
