Reorder Reminder Pro ("the App") provides automated reorder reminder email scheduling for Shopify merchants selling consumable products ("the Service") to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account through the following APIs:

  • Orders API — order ID, purchase date, products purchased, quantities, and associated customer ID, used to schedule per-customer reorder reminders at the correct time.
  • Products API — product titles, variants, and identifiers, used to match orders to merchant-configured usage days and personalise reminder content.
  • Customers API — customer name and email address, used solely for sending scheduled reorder reminder emails.
  • Store information — store name, domain, timezone, and currency, used to localise and correctly time reminders.

Additionally, we collect the following information directly from you when you install and configure the App: your name, store URL, and email address provided through the Shopify partner onboarding flow, and any per-product usage day settings you configure within the App.

We do not use cookies, log files, web beacons, or independent tracking technologies on your Shopify storefront. This website (reorder.online) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first — no personal data about your customers is collected through this site.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service — schedule and send personalised reorder reminder emails to your customers at the correct time based on your configured product usage days.
  • Operate the App — maintain reminder schedules, process order events from Shopify, and manage your App configuration.
  • Communicate with you — send operational emails about your account, App updates, or support responses.
  • Improve the App — analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to improve the Service. No individual customer data is used for this purpose.

We do not use your customers' personal information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the reorder reminder emails you have configured.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share personal information only with the third-party services required to operate the App:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS SES) — our email delivery infrastructure. Customer email addresses and reminder content are transmitted to AWS SES solely for the purpose of sending scheduled reminder emails.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and CDN for this website. No Shopify merchant or customer data is shared with Cloudflare.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customers' personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may also disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the details below.

We process your information to fulfil our contractual obligations to you as a merchant using the App, and to pursue our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the Service. Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States, where our infrastructure providers operate.

Data Retention

We retain order and customer information for as long as the App is installed on your store. This data is required to schedule and send reminders on the correct dates. If you uninstall the App, your store's order and customer data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of uninstallation, in accordance with Shopify's requirements for app partners.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@acepro.dev.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
