What does "emails per month" mean on each plan?
It means the total number of reorder reminder emails Reorder Reminder Pro can send to your customers in a calendar month. Each scheduled reminder that fires counts as one email. Emails you send via Klaviyo or other tools do not count toward this limit.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start on the free plan?
No. The Forever Free plan requires no credit card. Install the app on Shopify and start sending up to 30 reminder emails per month at no cost, with no time limit.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit in a month?
If you exceed your monthly email limit, additional reminders are paused until the next billing cycle — they are not lost. You can upgrade your plan at any time to send the remaining reminders without waiting.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the Shopify admin. Upgrades take effect immediately. Shopify handles the billing adjustment automatically.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing is available on paid plans and saves 17–31% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
What is the difference between the Growth and Pro plans?
