What is Auto Mode and when should I use it?
Auto Mode lets you set one global reminder period that applies to all products in your store. If you sell consumables with similar usage cycles — for example, all your products last roughly 30 days — Auto Mode means zero per-product configuration. It is the fastest way to get started and the right choice for stores with consistent product cycles.
What is Manual Mode and when should I use it?
Manual Mode lets you configure specific usage days per product. A 30-day supplement reminds customers after 30 days. A 90-day serum reminds after 90 days. Use Manual Mode when your products have meaningfully different usage cycles and you want precision timing per product category.
When does the first reminder email send after I install?
Reminders send once the configured usage period has passed from each customer's purchase date. If you set a 30-day usage period, customers who bought 30 or more days ago will receive their reminders within the first batch. New orders schedule immediately from their purchase date.
Can I use Reorder Reminder Pro alongside Klaviyo or another email marketing platform?
Yes. Reorder Reminder Pro handles the reorder reminder layer specifically — it is not a replacement for general email marketing.
