Klaviyo sends emails on a fixed delay from signup or last order. ReOrder Reminder Pro schedules reminders based on the specific product's usage period, per customer. A 30-day supplement reminder goes out 30 days after that customer's purchase — not as a batch campaign.
What happens between install and the first reminder?
The app schedules reminders immediately. First emails send once the usage period you configured has passed — typically 15–30 days. We'll email you a digest so you can see it's working.
