Cost per reminder email
When you use a paid plan's full allowance, each reminder costs: 2.4¢ on Starter ($12 for 500), 0.8¢ on Growth ($39 for 5,000) and 0.6¢ on Pro ($89 for 15,000). Annual billing lowers that by 17–31%.
How reminder emails are counted
- One email per consumable product per order, sent on that customer's purchase date plus the usage days you set.
- Products without usage days set send nothing and cost nothing.
- Orders tagged "Subscription" are excluded and do not count.
- If you reach your monthly limit, further reminders pause until the next billing cycle rather than being lost.

Pricing questions
What does "emails per month" mean on each plan?
It means the total number of reorder reminder emails Reorder Reminder Pro can send to your customers in a calendar month. Each scheduled reminder that fires counts as one email. Emails you send via Klaviyo or other tools do not count toward this limit.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start on the free plan?
No. The Forever Free plan requires no credit card. Install the app on Shopify and start sending up to 30 reminder emails per month at no cost, with no time limit.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit in a month?
If you exceed your monthly email limit, additional reminders are paused until the next billing cycle — they are not lost. You can upgrade your plan at any time to send the remaining reminders without waiting.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the Shopify admin. Upgrades take effect immediately. Shopify handles the billing adjustment automatically.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing is available on paid plans and saves 17–31% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
How do I estimate how many reminder emails my store will send?
Each consumable product in an order gets its own reminder, so count your monthly orders that include products you set usage days for, then allow a little extra for orders with more than one consumable. The plan selector above uses 1.2 emails per consumable order as its estimate. Products without usage days set do not send reminders.
Do subscription orders use up my email allowance?
No. Orders tagged "Subscription" (for example from Loop Subscriptions) are excluded and get no reminders, so they do not count toward your monthly email limit.
What is the difference between the Growth and Pro plans?
The primary difference is the monthly email limit: 5,000 emails for Growth ($39/month) vs 15,000 emails for Pro ($89/month). Both plans include the same features: per-product usage days, the optional Auto Mode, checkout reorder links, and analytics.
