Set usage days for each product
Enter how many days each consumable product typically lasts a customer. You choose the number. A 180-capsule supplement at 3 per day lasts 60 days, so you might enter 60. A 30ml serum used twice daily lasts about 45 days, so you might enter 45. If every product in your catalog has the same cycle, Auto Mode is an optional shortcut that applies one value to all of them.

When a customer places an order, their reminder is scheduled for purchase date + the usage days you set for that product. No batch campaigns. No manual scheduling. Every customer has their own reminder date. Orders tagged "Subscription" (for example from Loop Subscriptions) are skipped.
The customer gets a reorder email that opens checkout
On the reminder date, the customer receives a personalized replenishment email with their product and your store branding. The reorder button goes straight to Shopify checkout with the product in the cart, not to a product page.

One order, three products, three reminder dates
Reorder reminders are scheduled per product, not per order. If a customer buys three supplements with different usage days on May 1, each one gets its own replenishment email:

- The product they bought. The exact product, so the customer recognizes it straight away.
- A one-click reorder button. It opens Shopify checkout with the product already in the cart, not a product page.
- An optional discount code. Add a coupon if you want to give customers an extra reason to repurchase now.

A replenishment reminder (also called a reorder reminder or repurchase reminder) is an email asking a customer to buy a consumable product again before their supply is used up. In Reorder Reminder Pro, each customer's replenishment email is scheduled from their own purchase date plus the usage days you set for that product.
Does Reorder Reminder Pro automatically calculate how long a product lasts?
No, and that is intentional. You set the usage days per product. You know your products and customers better than any algorithm does. A 180-capsule supplement bottle at 3 capsules per day lasts 60 days, so you might enter 60. Reorder Reminder Pro uses that number to time each customer's reminder from their specific purchase date.
Do I set usage days per product?
Yes, that is the standard setup (Manual Mode). A 30-day supplement reminds customers after the days you set for it, and a 90-day refill after its own number. Per-product usage days keep each reminder close to the point where that product is likely to be getting low.
What is Auto Mode and when should I use it?
Auto Mode is an optional shortcut that applies one usage-days value to every product in your store. Only use it if every product you sell has the same usage cycle, for example a store that sells only 30-day refills. If your products last different lengths of time, set usage days per product instead.
When does the first reminder email send after I install?
Reminders send once the usage days you set have passed since each customer's purchase. New orders are scheduled immediately from their purchase date.
Can I use Reorder Reminder Pro alongside Klaviyo or another email marketing platform?
Yes. Reorder Reminder Pro handles reorder reminders only; it is not a replacement for general email marketing. Many merchants run Klaviyo for newsletters, promotions and welcome flows while Reorder Reminder Pro sends the reorder reminders. The two tools operate independently.
Does it work with one-time purchases, and what about subscription orders?
It is built for one-time purchases: customers do not need to subscribe, and you do not need to change your product setup. Orders tagged "Subscription", for example by Loop Subscriptions, are excluded and get no reminders, so it can run alongside a subscription app.
